Q: I have a lot of addresses for my address book. Can you upload them for me?

A: Yes, please contact us and we'll let you know how we need the information. In your message, please tell us the approximate number of addresses you'll need loaded.

Q: I want to buy cards but would prefer sending them myself. Can they all be sent to my home address without being addressed and such?

A: Yes, absolutely. The cards will be automatically shipped to you unless you specifically tell us to ship them elsewhere during checkout. The envelopes for each card are included. The cards will be packaged in another envelope or box to ship to you. So the original card envelopes will be left blank for you to address. 

Q: Can You Ship To Other Countries?

A: Yes, we do ship outside the United States. However we may need to charge extra for shipping. Please contact us about your specific needs. Let us know what you'd like to ship and where you'd like it shipped, so we will be able to get back to you with a shipping estimate. We cannot ship Carol Wilson Fine Arts, Inc. products outside the U.S.

Q: If I Don't Have A PayPal Account, Can I Buy On Your Site?

A: Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Bank Debit Cards, and PayPal. We also accept U.S. checks with prior approval.

Q: I Can't Pay With My Credit Card. When I Get To The Payment Authorization, It Asks Me To Pay Using PayPal

A: Yes, we apologize if you have this experience. You can pay using your credit card. Here's how: When you get to this screen, you will see some text on the left hand side towards the bottom of the screen that reads "Don't have a PayPal Account? pay with credit card." Click on the "pay with credit card" and then input your information.

If it asks you to update or pay with your PayPal account again, select "continue without going to PayPal" on the lower, right side of the screen. This will allow your payment to process.
